Unable to locate any manufacturer info, however I believe these are builder installed MI Windows. Builder was Wilshire (now Coventry).

Hey there. Can you tell us the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, on the sash lock? That should help narrow things down.

The space between the two mounting holes is 2 1/4 inches. Thank you!

Great, thanks. Start by looking at the 90-300 or 90-180. Both these sash locks have center-to-center hole spacing of 2-1/4". Also see the backset, or the distance between the center of the hole spacing and the back edge of the lock body. See if one of these matches exactly what you have.
