I found no brand name on the lock but on the window the manufacturer is listed as SNE Enterprises. The home was built 2006/07

Thanks for posting. Please take a look at the 38-095 or the 38-096 with the longer fork. Either one of these might be the lock you are looking for. The mounting hole centers are at 3-13/16". Compare the dimensions with your lock. What do you think?
