Window lock

I found no brand name on the lock but on the window the manufacturer is listed as SNE Enterprises. The home was built 2006/07

Thanks for posting. Please take a look at the 38-095 or the 38-096 with the longer fork. Either one of these might be the lock you are looking for. The mounting hole centers are at 3-13/16". Compare the dimensions with your lock. What do you think?

Looks like the 38-095 is the correct one. I'll order and check it out!

Wow! I am so thankful I found this company. I was going to hire a handy man to fix the broken window lock but with your help I was able to find the right part and install it myself. Thank you again for your help. In North Dakota we can definitely feel it when a window isn
