Window lock Alenco

Quick Learner from McAllen, TX
I need the "keeper" for the lock which I believe would match 90-025. See photos. The 2 parts are placed at right angles of one another. The keeper that is on the back window pane has been broken. My worry is the clearance when opening the window as it must go over the new keeper.

As you might note on the photos the holes for the 2 pieces do not line up. This means the two panes may have shifted positions. Was that perhaps the problem that may have caused the original keeper to be broken?

What keeper do you recommend & can you give me other help?

Thanks, Leo

Good morning, Leo, thanks for posting. I think our 90-108 may be a possible choice, but I'm not sure if it will interfere with your sash's movement. What do you think? Do you have the clearance?

Either way, you will definitely have to adjust your sash. The keeper and lock will have to be aligned properly. As you said, it is likely the reason why the keeper broke in the first place.
