I'm looking for the attached part.  Has several numbers on the piece but not sure which one to enter

Thanks for posting! The balance shoe you have reminds me of the 15-236 1-1/4" T-Lock Spring Shoe. This is used on balances that have a groove (or indent) in the bottom of the channel. Take a look over the diagram below to confirm that this is what you need.
