Window lock hardware

Question

Client needs hardware on 7 PGT wind guard casement windows
They are afraid to open the windows because the hardware is rusted and if they open them they may not close.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, we are not able to determine the correct replacements based on photos of the windows. We would need to see detailed photos of each part to compare to our inventory. For the operators, that would include the arms that connect the base to the bottom of the sash frame. We would also need to see the lock fully removed top determine how it engages with the internal linkage. If they need other parts as well, we would need to see each one to research their replacement options. Thank you.
