Window lock identifier
Thanks for posting! There is a chance we may be able to provide a replacement for this sweep lock but I will need to know more information to confirm. To start, I'll need to know the distance between the installation holes, as well as the backset measurement (the distance from the hole center to the back of the lock).
In the piece under the lock part of the entire lock or is this something that is removeable?

Thanks for the additional photos. The lock in the first photo has an offset hole placement to the 90-313 Deep-set Sash Lock. The hook on the lock differs slightly but I do believe this should work for the installation.
The look in the second photo has a hole placement similar to either the 90-005 or the 90-009. To determine which of these might be the best fit for your repairs, you'll need to take note of the differences between them to select the correct one for your repairs.
