Window lock mechanism id and replace

A quick learner says:
Hi
Trying to identify and replace the mechanisms pictured here that pull he window tightly closed and lock it.
Its an awning window and has these 2 "draw bar pin latches" that are broken and cold is pouring in.
Help!
