At Cotton Mill square apartments, we are in need of a few of these pieces / kits.
Ultimately we would like complete kits of both sides.
Was only able to get close to the correct parts as a Truth hardware / Mirage. But the piece that the arrow pints too doesn’t match.
Any help would be appreciated.
I'm sorry to say that I don't recognize this lock assembly. Please give us a little more time to look into this and we'll get back to you ASAP!
We're having a little trouble finding this, too. It is definitely close to the Truth Mirage but just different enough to raise some red flags. Can you verify that this window uses Truth hardware? Can you find any branding that may give us a clue, such as on the operator, hinges, or the lock itself? Very often other manufacturers will make parts similar to Truth but just different enough to be incompatible.
