Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't have an exact match for your lock. Can you write out the installation hole center spacing as well as the backset? That will help us confirm if we have something worth considering.

Where do I measure from? The center of the holes? Or the inside facing edges?

You want to measure from the center of each installation hole as shown in the image below. The 11/16" measurement is the backset.
