Window lock - replace 10x in WHITE

Question

I want to replace 10x window locks (technically, sweep locks and keepers, I think). See attached three (3) photos of the existing locks and keepers, with a ruler to gauge size. I want to replace the 10x in the color WHITE.  Number on back of sweep: 30345. US Pat 3,811,718. Number on back of lock: 40234 (?).  Are they available? Do you have them in stock? Thank you.
