Window lock replacement

I was recommended to you by window company. I need a window lock exactly like this for the bottom of the window which is no longer functional. Please advise.

Hello! This lock is an older version of our more modern 38-097 and 38-098. These should install perfectly well on your window, but please note that they won't be compatible with your old keeper. Therefore you will also need the new 38-079.
