Hello!
Our 90-278 looks similar. This also measures 2-1/16" on the installation hole centers and has an 11/16" backset. Have a look and see what you think.
However, I'm afraid we don't sell a keeper with the specifications shown in your diagram. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
