Window lock replacements

Looking to replace window locks in my kids home. They have single hung aluminum windows & the house was constructed in Little Rock, AR in late 80's. The measurements appear to match those for your 90-005 displayed on your web site. I am attaching photos for you to review and confirm or advise otherwise regarding replacement product. I believe this area used a lot of Alenco aluminum windows for construction in this area. Once I receive your response I will place my order. Thank you for your assistance in this matter
