Hello which lock show should I get to replace this style? I see 15-236 looks close but is not correct.

Thanks for posting! It does appear that our 15-236 is the closest possible replacement match for your T-Lock pivot shoe. However, you should not that this shoe has a closed cam.

The shoe with an open cam is our 15-195B but it likely is not compatible with your existing balance spring. So you'd possibly need to replace the entire balance assembly.
