Hello there. Your exact tilt latches are no longer made, but customers have reported that the 26-394 pair can work as a substitute. Please compare and see what you think. Note that the nite latch atop your old tilt latches is no longer made, so you'll need to reuse your old ones if possible.

Do I need the nite latch or can I do without it.

You can do without it. It's just there for extra security but it doesn't affect the function of the tilt latch otherwise.
