Window lock and crank replacement parts

Home Owner from Nashville TN
These from an Eagle Window installed 19 years I was told sold to Andersen Windows ( although I have not been able to verify this). The picture is a right side crank from inside looking out. The broken one is left side looking out. The measurements are the same but afraid to open broken window. I need the crank unit but so far the crank attachments I've seen in your website are longer . Need parts and installation instructions please. Thank you.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but only one of your photos came through for some reason. To get started, we would need to see a top down photo of your crank with the window open so that the arms and fittings that you mentioned are fully visible. Please also write out the exact length of the arms since you mentioned that ours were longer. Thank you!

Attached are photos with measurements included by taking photos using a tape measure indicating the length of the two metals one of which is attached to the crank and the other in the same assembly as a guide/support?

Unfortunately, your photos still did not come through for some reason. Off the top of my head, this could be a browser or file format issue. Your photos could also be too large. I would recommend resending them in a different format and try to reduce the size of the image, which may correct the problem.

You could also try sending your photos to help@swisco.com with reference number D327555 in case the problem is happen when uploading the images directly to this thread. We apologize for the inconvenience but will do everything we can to figure this out for you.

Ok. Forwarded the email thread to help@swisco.com with reference number D327555 with the two photos with measurements and one picture of the underside of the levers. Thank you.

Perfect! Your operator resembles the 39-216 depending on how the specifications below compare to yours. We also offer the 39-217 opposite-handed version. Both operators are compatible with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit.

Your photos also show a sash stop similar to the 39-398. If you need the locks or any other replacement parts, we will need to see photos of each one uninstalled to compare to our inventory.

Thank you. The broken casement window crank I need it for opens outward from right to left. So it looks like I will need the 39-217. I saw the video on how to install it. It looks like I will need to look for expert hands. Most computer I called only wants to replace windows. I will try to see if I can do it myself

Regarding the lock, I am upload a view of the intact one and another one missing the lever. I already bought one from your company and it was not he right one. Maybe you can help me also find the correct item. Thank you for your help.

I'm not sure if we have an exact match but it reminds me of one of our Escutcheon style handles, such as the 38-205, 38-209, as well as the 38-208 that you already purchased. You'll need to compare the specifications shown on our product pages to see how they compare to your lock fully removed from the window. You can also find our return policy here if you'd like to send back the lock you already purchased.
