Window lock and crank replacement parts

To get started, we would need to see a top down photo of your crank with the window open so that the arms and fittings that you mentioned are fully visible. Please also write out the exact length of the arms since you mentioned that ours were longer. Thank you!
Unfortunately, your photos still did not come through for some reason. Off the top of my head, this could be a browser or file format issue. Your photos could also be too large. I would recommend resending them in a different format and try to reduce the size of the image, which may correct the problem.

Perfect! Your operator resembles the 39-216 depending on how the specifications below compare to yours. We also offer the 39-217 opposite-handed version. Both operators are compatible with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit.
Your photos also show a sash stop similar to the 39-398. If you need the locks or any other replacement parts, we will need to see photos of each one uninstalled to compare to our inventory.
