Window locking handle

I'm sorry to hear that the 38-209 didn't work for you. We may have something better, but in order to make a recommendation I will need to see the escutcheon out of the window, as well. Seeing the handle is helpful, but to be honest most locking handles look more or less the same. The important differences lie in how the escutcheon is designed, so seeing that will allow me to determine if anything in our inventory is a match. Please let me know if that will be possible.

Thank you. I do recognize this part now, though I have bad news. This is an older Roto brand lock that was discontinued around 2013. In the years since we have been unable to find a good source for these.

Roto parts can be kind of hard to get for this reason. They discontinued a ton of older stock over the past decade and those parts have been next to impossible to track down. My recommendation is to contact a local hardware store who still has Roto parts and see if they have what you need.
