Window locking mechanism

Home Owner from Pennsylvania
The only writting on it is the name Harvey and a Lock and arrow direction on which way to turn the lever.  I have multiple of these windows in the house that were replaced around 2007so if we can confirm a part that will work to replace I may purchase a few extra beyond this one that is broken to have on hand for future needs.  Thank you.

Checking in to see if any additional information is required to identify a suggested replacement.  Thank you.

Thank you for your patience during this incredibly busy season. I apologize for the long wait.

We may be able to supply this lock, but I need more information before we can suggest a match. To start, can you show me the top of the lock? Your photos here are only showing the bottom side, but it would be much more helpful to see the top so that we can have a better idea of how it's designed.

Next, can you measure the distance between the two holes and tell me what you get? Make sure to only measure between the center of each hole, not their edges. All dimensions must be written in your response as precisely as you can manage.

Photos attached, distance between screw holes are 2.25".  Thank you for your assistance.

Perfect, thank you! My top recommendation is the 90-274. This has the same installation hole spacing, so as long as the backset matches as well (11/16"), and it does seem to, then this should work well on your window.
