Window locking mechanism in right opening window.

A quick learner from Haslett, Michigan says:

I can find a name on the window. "Truth 31272" is stamped on the hinging arm that opens the window.

The handle broke off when locking the window and I'm trying to determine if I can but a replacement unit.
