Window lock/latch

Trying to identify the window latch from the photo. The window itself swings open by rotating a small handle. The latch broke and I am looking to replace it. Mounting Holes are 3 7/8 apart. Latch itself is 1 1/8 from the inner mount to the outer part of the latch. See pictures.

This lock looks like it could be an older version of our 38-138. Please look this part over and let me know if you agree.

Thanks, sizing looks like it can work but the shape and color are quite different. Do these only come in white or do you have an off-white / cream color option still?
