90-005 with Shorter Throw

The mounting holes are 2 1/4" the depth is 3/4" and the lock comes out 1/4"

Take a look at our 90-005. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this matches what you need.

The tongue on that one is 3/8" and I need one that is 1/4"

We have come across this problem in the past. Unfortunately, we've never been able to find an alternate version of the 90-005 with this extra short tongue. That said, if you are up to it, you should be able to grind the tongue of the 90-005 down to the appropriate size of 1/4" that you need. I am afraid this may be your only solution. Let me know what you think.
