This latch is from a "better built" window installed in the mid 90s. The windows were bought from "Yardbirds" in California

Our 90-278 lock comes to mind right away. It's also available in beige. Take a look at the dimensions below and see what you think. The keeper that comes with this part is different but you can just discard it and reuse the original.
