Window locks

Question

see photos, the piece that attaches to the window sash is broken.

I am fine buying two replacement sets of locks. please advise,

no idea of the manufacturer

Take a look at the specifications of the 90-308 or 90-309 to confirm that they match your original sash locks. As for your keeper, unfortunately, it has been discontinued and there are no known replacements at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
