What are these called & do you carry them - I don't like their condition and would like to replace them (6)

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! The hardware you are looking to replace can be referred to as quite a few different names; including but not limited to, a sash lock, sweep lock, or a window lock. There are two possible recommendations that come to mind when reviewing yours. 

Take a look at the 90-077A used with the 90-177 keeper or the 90-180 used with the 90-183. You'll need to be sure to compare and double check the measurements for the distance between the installation holes as well as the backset (see the diagram below for reference).
