Window locks. Needs help

Looks like you need tilt latches and a lock. For the lock can you confirm the distance between the two installation holes? I cannot tell what it is based on just a tape measurer. Please make sure to measure from the center of each hole.

For the tilt latch, can you remove it from the window and show me a picture of it by itself? Please make sure the example you show us is undamaged.
