Window locks for Freedom 800 casements

A home owner from North Carolina says:

We have a few locks that broke on our casements. It appears it could be an easy fix but need to have the correct parts. Are you able to provide parts for us?

Thanks.

Hello, Laura. Your lock appears to function similarly to our 38-209, but this is just an educated guess. You should remove yours from the window and then compare it to our 38-209 to confirm that everything lines up.
