Window manufacturer?

Unfortunately, we cannot determine by the sticker who the manufacturer was.

Is there any hardware we can assist with identifying?

Unfortunately, we're unfamiliar with the Hancock brand and cannot advise as to whether or not they made the whole window, or just the lock.

If you are in fact looking to replace the lock or any other hardware, we'll need a clear photo of each part.
