Window manufacturer

Home Owner from Fort Worth TX
I purchased a home a year ago and the seller said the windows were new. The spring loaded track that allows the window to raise and lower fell out on the left side as you are facing the window. How do I find out who the manufacturer is and if the window has a warranty. I would like to get it repaired!

I would like to sincerely apologize for the wait. For whatever reason, your original inquiry did not show up in our list of open inquiries. I believe it may have been a system error. Either way, I'm very sorry for any inconvenience the wait might have caused.

Reviewing your inquiry, you will need to check the inside frame for a certification AAMA sticker. These sometimes, but not always, give a clue as to who made the window. If you show me that sticker, I can tell you if it does contain such a clue.

Otherwise, your best bet is to contact a local professional who is familiar with homes in your area. They may have worked on this window before from a neighbor's house and can point you in the right direction.
