I am looking to replace hardware on my windows. On the inside of the glass, there is a stamped number that reads INE-89. They are tilt-in windows made of vinyl. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Don. Although we do not have an exact match for your tilt latch with the extra security button, I think we can still offer some replacements. Take a close look at both our 26-337 and 26-344 tilt latch to decide which pair would make the better match for you.
