Can you tell me what kind of windows these are?
Also, Can you get the mechanical parts for these windows? A tenant pried it open and broke it in the center.

Hello there!
It looks like you have an awning-type window but I'm afraid we can't tell who the original manufacturer is from just a picture of the window. If you need to know who made your window, we suggest checking around the inside of the frame for a metallic sticker.
If you need a new operator as well, we would need to see yours completely removed from the window, including dimensions and a clear view of the installation holes, as well as the arms that attach to the internal linkage of the window.
