Can you confirm that the pictured mechanism is model 39-187? If so. I need a a 39-188 in beige. Please advise.

Hello,

I agree that the orientation of the base arm in your photo matches the 39-187 and 39-188. Just make sure that the dimensions on our product pages match your hardware to confirm. Thank you!

Crank arm is nearer to 4 1/2 in. than to 5 in. Is this a different model and if so can you supply it?

Unfortunately, we've never been able to find these operators with a 4-1/2" arm. What people have done in the past is that they've used a drill to remove the rivet from the 39-187 so that they can replace the 5" arm with the old 4-1/2" arm and seal it with a 62-014 rivet. This should work as long as you're handy or you could hire a professional to assist you.
