Window mechanism

Home Owner from Colorado
Looking for balance sash for kinro single hung Windows. Has a spiral rod that is inside of a metal tube. The seal or stopper at the bottom of the metal tube goes up in the tube because the tubing has expanded and now has a gap ( see photo #3) This is probably due to sun and heat on the west side of the house. Window size is 5' (h)x 2'5" (w). And the other is 39" (h) x 46" (w). Windows are still good.

Thank you,
Nancy C.

I measured the tubes. I need six that are 29 inches by 3/8" and two that are 19 inches by 3/8". All have a red/orange stop at the bottom of the tube. Also need the tension tool. Thank you.

Assuming these balances are for a tilt window, see our Series 900 spiral balance. This looks pretty close to what you have. For the charging tool, see the 75-006.
