I'm sorry to say that Simonton no longer makes this balance assembly and they never made anything that can replace it. The good news is that we sell modern components that will work just as well, it's just going to take a little handiwork to get them functional in your window. We have a video guide that will help you get through it step by step, which I'll share below.

Note that you will need the precise weight of your sash in order to calculate the proper weight rating for the new springs.
