Window molding

A quick learner from Wisconsn says:
The attached part is a lower piece of window molding that becomes cracked when the window latch is left closed cracking the molding when closing the window. The molding is around the entire window but the lower piece is the only one that breaks.

Need a good supply of it. Large 236 apartment complex
