At our new home, I found one of the windows had a missing pivot mount for a tilt in window. Can you help identify and recommend a replacement and screws as well.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for your post! I somewhat recognize the pivot bar you here. Although, the view of the hardware is obstructed by the framing and the window, so it is hard to make out the exact replacement.

May I see a photo of one of the balances removed from the bottom of the sash.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Tim,

My apologies for misunderstanding the request. This reminds me of the 26-360 Tilt Sash Pivot Bar. Carefully look over the dimensions to see if this is the replacement you need.
