Window non tilt spring balance

Question

I can't seem to find this part on your website, I'm not sure if I have the correct part number or maybe it's a different part number from the original I posted a picture of the only identification marks

Thanks for reaching out to us. The stamp printed on the metal channel isn't a part number so we'll need more information to ID what you could have here. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us some photos? We'd specifically like to see the fittings or attachments on both ends of the balance along with any other parts it uses.
