Our best match for the crank assembly shown in your photo would be the 39-234. It is not an exact match so we can't make any guarantees but review the specifications below and see what you think. We also offer the 39-253 opposite-handed version if needed. We've also linked the compatible crank handles as well. Thanks for posting!

Hello,
We are looking for these items. There should be a few items together. We are wondering what all the parts are needed for the MH window opener. So we can have it operated. There should be a handle to spin, a metal cord to push the window, and a small adapter to connect the metal cord into that round hole so it can spin.

Unfortunately, the only part that we carry for this old-style window setup is the operator that we mentioned in our last response. The internal linkage would be specific to the manufacturer and is not something that we can supply. We apologize for the inconvenience.
