Hello,
Your photos resemble the 39-031 EntryGard operator. We also offer the 39-032 opposite-handed version. The determining factor would be how the length of the shorter link arm compares to yours. If it's a match, see the 39-107FK handle and cover kit used with these operators. Thank you!
