Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a top-down photo of your assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. As long as the window isn't locked, you should be able to carefully push the window open by hand. Thank you!

Hopefully these pics help. This is for the left window. We also have the right side windows in the same need, but don't want to open because it's really hard to close that one back.
