Thanks for posting. We don't carry an exact match for that folding crank handle. However our 39-205 should fit your operator. It folds from the base instead of 'bifolding' like your old handle did. For a new cover, see the 39-107. Alternatively, you could use the 39-107FK Folding Handle & Cover Kit instead--with this design, the handle is built into the cover and 'nestles' right into it. 

If you need to replace the entire window operator, we can help, but we'll need pictures from a bird's eye view with the window open, so we can see the arms of the mechanism as well.
