Thanks for posting! Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-096 Pella Window Crank. The opposite handed version (the one pictured) is the 39-097. To confirm that this operator style is the correct replacement, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them.

The compatible handle, for both operators, is the 39-109B 3/8" Handle for Pella.
