Window opener help needed

A home owner from Milwaukee says:
The Latches that we need to open up our windows to pull them back to clean them from the outside are broken. There appears to be some kind of a spring inside of them. What would we need to buy to replace? I need seven white and three brown ones. The windows all appear to be the same brand and the latches all look the same. Some of the windows say Uniframe on them. Can you help?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting. This is an internal tilt latch with a surface lever. To replace the surface lever, you need to measure the length of the prongs underneath the latch, as well as the distance between them, then see if any in our selection here matches. See the dimensions of the 26-119 below for reference. Let me know if any of these match; if none do, we'll try something else.
