Question

Would you be able to identify the part in the pictures?

Unfortunately I as not able to find any brand or ID number for the window.

Hello, Joao. Your old handle is a match for our 39-226. This has a 5/16" hex stem, which should be the case with your original.

However, replacing the handle alone may not be enough. There's a good chance that the collar in your operator itself may be stripped out. If so, you will need to replace it entirely.

My recommendation for that would be the 39-393, as well as the 39-205 handle. The design of these parts are different from your originals, but they're just an updated version. They should still work just as well.
