Sure, I think we can help with this project. Looks like you need both a new operator and a new hinge.

Starting with the operator, my top recommendation would be the 39-031 and 39-032. Make sure to review the sizes of these arms to ensure that they align with the originals, as there are other options out there with different arm sizes. 

For the hinge, we sell a ton of different sizes and in order to narrow it down I'll need to know the length of the base track. Is that something you can tell me?

I'm afraid these photos don't tell me what the length of the hinge track is. You're measuring the operator, not the hinge.

To clarify, the hinge track is what screws directly to the window sill. It's located under the sash, and so if you can't get a good angle to measure it then you may need to remove the sash in order to access it.

Please also make sure to write your measurements down. A photo of a tape measure is unfortunately not accurate enough for our purposes; we require all measurements to be written and as precise as you can manage.
