Need identical opener and handle gears bad also handle stripped handle has to clear wood ledge there are five windows in a semi circle

if I am understanding your post correctly, it sounds like you need an all new operator mechanism and handle. Your old operator appears to match our 39-031, which is compatible with the 39-114L handle. We also sell the 39-032 operator for the opposite side and the 39-107 cover, if you also needed those.
