We had ordered replacement parts in order number 1268130 but they were too big, can you help me figure out which size we need please?

Thanks for writing in. In what way was the 39-083 awning operator too big, can you go into more detail? Your old operator has a smaller base, but our modern replacements can be used as substitutes, though sometimes sill modification is needed. Another possibility is you mean the overall wingspan of the new operator was too big. See if our 39-140 is a better match.
