Hello,

It looks like the spline that the handle attaches to has come out of the operator base. Unfortunately, that is not a part that can be repaired, so the entire operator will need to be replaced. I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-031, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm, to your assembly. Thank you!
