Window opening stops.

A handy person from Lexington, KY says:

I have three Nu-Sash windows model NWD2 purchased in 2002. Several of the stops that prevent the window from being opened more than a few inches are broken. I need to know where to buy replacements of these devices. Photos attached.

This vent latch looks similar to our 26-354. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
