Window opens vertically; up & down

Question

I do not know what kind of double pane window I have.
There are no identifiers on the window.
One of the shoes is broken and the window won't stay open
It is a white vinyl window.
Any help in identifying the type of shoe I need is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting. The pivot shoe you need is our 15-180. If you need new coil springs, they will be Series 190. When ordering the coil springs, you will need to match the spring weight numbers stamped on your old springs. The other hardware shown in your photo is our 15-186 and 15-182.
