Windows blow open/ closed when partially open. Loose, worn mechanisms.
No identification numbers on casement windows or mechanisms.

Also see the 39-227B or 39-109B handle. Please note that the cover for this crank operator has been discontinued.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I'm almost certain that this is the correct part. Is the part in the photo you sent RH or LH?

The room is being painted right now but I hope to remove the wood cover/molding by the end of the week to confirm.

Hi Tim,

Pella does not classify the handing as right or left.

Looking at your images, the T-handle is located on the left when looking at the operator from the inside of the window, which would be the 39-096 handing. For the opposite handing if needed, see the 39-097. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
